  1. I'm not much of a sentimental guy, but I couldn't help thinking about this past year and just wanted to express some thoughts. A little over a year ago I discovered the MMoM podcast and immediately became hooked. Being a Disney fan stuck in Illinois with a mortgage and a child's college tuition payments, trips to WDW are on indefinite hold. So I followed along with your trips and the trips of your listeners and Twitter followers, lived vicariously through them, and enjoyed every second of it. But along the way I discovered more. You people are more than just Disney fans in a Disney fan community, you are great people with wonderful families and I am thankful that I have gotten to know you all. Even if it's just through Twitter. The friendship and support and comic relief you all share with each other is invaluable. Whether it's planning trips or expressing family tragedy and grief or lending support to health challenges or sharing fantastic work projects or complaining about our sports teams or periscoping my daughters band concert at DTD which allowed her parents to hear the only performance we couldn't attend or many, many other examples, it all is a testimony to what wonderful people you all are. So to Dutch, Russ, Kip, all the Jens, all the Brians, Josh, Wes, Eric, Howie, Jon & Elyssa, Chuck, Scott, Lisa, Ken, Aengus, Beastly Kingdomme and many others that I've missed, thank you. Thank you for brightening my days and sharing a little bit of your lives. I hope you all have a wonderful holiday and that next year is fantastic as well.
